Active Zone Classes

We are excited to announce that our Active Zone will be sponsored by David Lloyd Leisure Club, North Lanarkshire Leisure and Sweat! Union offering a variety of free 15 minute fitness classes throughout the day, which you can book in advance online, or simply turn up on the day and have a go.

There are a number of different activities to choose from including exercises for cardio, strength and conditioning, high impact, low impact, and activities for the mind and body. There is a running schedule of different instructors and classes they on offer throughout the day, so you can choose an exercise schedule that works for you. Let's make 2017 your most active year yet!

There will be a number of fitness instructors on hand throughout the show from all three gyms offering classes to help strengthen both the mind and body but hurry slots are filling up fast so make sure to pre-book to avoid disappointment. Don't forget to bring shoes and clothing approppriate for your class.
